The Delamere Art Wall is a community-run outdoor gallery on the wall of the building beside the Delamere General Store on the Main South Road. Local Fleurieu artists rotate work onto the wall every few months - paintings, photographs, mixed-media pieces - so the display changes every visit.
Why it works
It is one of the smallest and most low-key art installations on the Fleurieu, but it is genuinely good - a pop of contemporary Australian art on a quiet country roadside that nobody expects. Free, walk-up, always open.
