Blewitt Springs Wine Co is a small organic and biodynamic certified producer working with old-vine Grenache and Shiraz from the surrounding Blewitt Springs vineyards. The wines are made with minimal intervention - wild ferments, no fining, no filtration.
At the cellar door
Saturday-only tasting sessions led by the winemaker, with a deliberate slow pace - usually a flight of five or six wines walked through individually. Bookings essential.
